About this policy

Dink Die is in TestFlight beta. Its ChatGPT and Codex plugin is in preparation, not publicly available.
This covers the app and plugin. Website visits have a separate policy.
Ages 13+. Connected platforms may require a higher age or parental permission.

App data: account and profile details, authentication information, gameplay and event records, photos, friend connections, notification preferences, and push tokens. Device storage also holds drafts, settings, and cached records.
We use this data for accounts, scoring, shared history, stats, social features, notifications, sync, and security.
Services process technical request data for delivery, diagnostics, and security.
Other users and the plugin may see profiles and completed public gameplay. Others can record matches involving you.
Private events are limited to authorized members and organizers. Match photos are available to authorized participants and accepted friends.
Favorites and authentication details stay private.
Supabase provides authentication, databases, image storage, and connector storage; Apple provides the iOS platform and notifications. Cloudflare routes connections. Provider processing locations and retention vary. We do not sell personal data.

Connect with an existing Dink Die account and approve access. Sign-in uses Supabase and temporary consent cookies.
The connector stores encrypted account/session data, connection details, and temporary gameplay references.
Your password is never saved in connector authorization records or returned to the chat platform.
The plugin sends completed public match and player results to OpenAI. It cannot edit or delete records, retrieve private account details, or access hidden, private, deleted, or in-progress gameplay.
Results may enter your ChatGPT or Codex conversation under OpenAI's policies and your settings.

Support emails contain your address, message, and attachments; Cloudflare forwards them to a Google Gmail inbox.

We keep app records as needed to run Dink Die, preserve shared history, and handle security. Uninstalling keeps hosted records.
Plugin access lasts up to 30 days. Expired records are removed during later connector activity, not immediately.
Provider logs and backups follow provider retention settings.
We keep support mail and beta feedback as needed for help, troubleshooting, and security. No fixed deletion deadline.
You can edit supported profile details, disable notifications, and disconnect the plugin.
Disconnecting keeps your account, gameplay, and past chats. Manage chats through the connected platform.

We review requests manually and may verify identity. Some shared records may remain for other players' history or service protection.
